Each and every jewel is curated with attention to detail, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
Additionally, allow up to 4 business days for delivery*. We use UPS Ground Mail and USPS Priority Mail Service for all packages unless selected or notified otherwise, insurance up to $100 is included. Expedited shipping available for purchase.
*Please note that Black Friday / Cyber Monday orders may be subject to an additional delay of 1-3 business days. We thank you ahead of time for your patience.
For international orders: please note, USPS International shipping method is delayed on shipping times. We are experiencing orders delivering in 5-7 weeks rather than the normal 7-21 business days. We strongly suggest selecting UPS or DHL as your shipping method at checkout. Once the package has been sent to the selected shipping company for delivery, Ahava Jewels does not have any control on the speed of delivery.
Custom and personalized jewels may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. In the event that you purchase other jewels along with personalized or custom jewels, we will ship items separately.
*Above delivery timeline does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier’s end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Estimated delivery date may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer’s end.
**For international countries, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Ahava Jewels does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
***We are not held responsible for lost packages. Once we mail items, we are no longer responsible for it’s delivery. In the event your item is lost or stolen/ please contact your postal carrier immediately. If there is no resolution with your postal carrier, please contact us.
